doggone days of summer

Our summer outing's been "postponed" (read: cancelled). Which kinda sucked as I was actually looking forward to it -- even if is a company/department summer outing (hey, it's always fun to get totally drunk and make a total fool out of yourself in front of your boss and co-workers).

Add the fact that I just developed a runny nose, my summer's officially ruined. I guess I'll just have to settle with a pail of water to beat the summer heat. *sigh*
